Attendant (5 positions)
Pay Range: $10 – $18 per hour, depending on experience.
Job Description: Join our dynamic team as a Car Wash Attendant and play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your dedication to cleanliness, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for customer service will make you an integral part of our success.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and guide them through the service selection process.
- Prepare vehicles for washing by pre-soaking, scrubbing, and applying soap solutions.
- Operate car wash machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning, including vacuuming, wiping, and window cleaning.
- Conduct final inspections to ensure quality service.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- No previous experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent service.

Assistant Manager
Pay Range: $16 – $25 per hour, or salary equivalent based on experience.
Job Description: As the Car Wash Assistant Manager, you will support the Manager in overseeing operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and managing staff. Your leadership skills and commitment to operational excellence will contribute to our reputation as the premier car wash destination.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve high performance and adherence to service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor equipment and facility maintenance, addressing issues promptly.
- Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the car wash or service industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of car wash operations and maintenance is a plus.
Manager
Pay Range: $50,000 and up annually, based on experience plus bonus.
Job Description: We are seeking a Car Wash Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of our car wash operations. Your strategic vision, leadership, and commitment to operational excellence will drive our success and maintain our status as a leader in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage overall operations, including staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of car wash equipment and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Build strong customer relationships and handle escalated customer service issues.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote services and special offers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for education.
- Proven experience as a Car Wash Manager or similar managerial role.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on staff development and team building.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and car wash equipment maintenance.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
