Fleet Maintenance Agreement

Purpose
This agreement establishes the terms under which Masters Automotive ("Provider") will provide ongoing maintenance and repair services for the customer's fleet vehicles ("Client").
Customer Responsibilities
The Client agrees to: Schedule regular maintenance in advance when possible Provide accurate vehicle information and maintenance records Notify Masters Automotive of any changes in vehicle ownership or usage
Billing & Payment
The Client agrees to: Payment is due at the time of service unless prior credit terms are approved Fleet discounts are automatically applied to qualifying services Invoices will be provided for each service visit
Pickup & Delivery
The Client agrees to: Free pickup and delivery are available for fleet customers within an 8-mile radius Vehicles outside this area may be subject to a small transport fee
Duration & Termination
This agreement remains in effect for one (1) year from the date of signature and renews automatically unless canceled by either party with 30 days' written notice.
Liability
Masters Automotive will perform all work with professional care. However, it is not liable for loss or damage caused by preexisting vehicle conditions, manufacturer defects, or delays outside its control.
Acceptance
Clients must first complete the online application form. After your application is reviewed, our team will contact you to schedule an appointment. During your visit to our office, you will receive the Fleet Maintenance Agreement for final review and signature.

Yes. Your fleet can use any participating Home Run Derby Car Wash location (Marietta and Suwanee) under the same account.
